We run a client based application, and that testing has gone very well (thanks to Nessus). I would like to run server tests to make sure there are no vulnerabilities - but we are unable to connect to our device (which makes sense since we are not configured as a server). I would still like to make sure there are no openings... It appears Nessus 3.2.1 will not run server tests unless it can connect to an IP / port. Can someone kindly confirm this? If so, I guess we cannot run server tests... Thank you!
