Are you scanning with credentials?  
YES

Do you have access to the registry?  
YES

Are plugin dependencies enabled in your policy?  
YES

Which particular Symantec AV product do you have (name and version)?
We're running Symantec Corporate Edition 10.  Also, plugin 21725 is able
to fingerprint it as "Symantec Antivirus Corporate 10.1.7.7000" and get
the DAT version but I guess plugin 16193 isn't getting that information.
