take a look at the config on your nessus server, and take a look at the logs
on there. it's probably being limited there if you can see what your config
is in nessusWX.

 Hello All,

I have 3 scans that I run daily. The total amount to 353
servers. I am using NessusWX to setup sessions and have set the properties
to ping the host first before initiating the scan. It looks like the system
is not scanning all the systems in the list or is missing some.

Is there a log file somewhere that I can turn on that tells me what it's
doing or missing or skipping when scanning? I think I may have too many
connections open at once and it is timing out, I am going to group the scans
smaller and see. Also is there a threshold that is set by default, like it
will only scan 10 hosts at a time?

I am also looking into login credential issues, maybe not an admin on these
Windows servers. But so far so good.

Thanks.
