weird netstat

the following netstat entires appear on a windows xp pro (patched and up to
date) when it is being scanned by nessus 3.0.6 running on a fedora 8 box.
does anybody know what these are ?

  TCP    anon:1448              wwwbaytest2.microsoft.com:http  TIME_WAIT
  TCP    anon:1449              wwwbaytest2.microsoft.com:http  TIME_WAIT
