Is pluginID 0 the port scanner? Is 0 used for anything else?

Example:

<ReportItem>
    <port>iapp (2313/udp)</port>
    <severity>0</severity>
    <pluginID>0</pluginID>

There is no plugin with an id of 0, at least not in our feeds. Do you
have any other plugins? If not, could you send me privately a copy of
the full report along with a KB for the host in question?
