I tweaked their templates to do just that, and you can find those here:

these are designed for the .xml format, and are sets of .xsl templates 
that display the html reports.  I've got some stuff for the .nessus format 
(newer), but haven't finished it yet.

Nessus: Report Management/NRF ...






Hello,
I am trying to find a tool that would let filter out specific information 
from Nessus scan report; e.g. only High and Medium severity vulns.  I 
downloaded John Gray?s NRF tool from:
http://www.agora-net.com/NRF.zip. NRF does sort & display but it won?t let 
you extract what you want and dump it into a file. Does any one know of 
any other tool?
