Example says "right_type" where it should say "user_right"

"Password must meet complexity requirements" states the value is a
POLICY_DWORD value, implying you can use 0 or 1. But you can't, it's
actually looking for a POLICY_SET value ("enabled" or "disabled")

There's many, many more sort of errors. The documentation is hopelessly
out-of-sync with the actual plugin implementation, and frankly is
needlessly complex.
