Hi, I have a target running DSPNet and I do not get Nessus to detect that this is alive. I try to use both TCP and ICMP Ping and the target go reply on both methods according to Wireshark. However, Nessus still belive the target as dead and I don not understand why. I run Nessus from a debian machine and the target is connected on a sepatare ethernet interface using a twisted cable. I can ping it using the "ping" command and all seems fine. Is there some settings I have missed in Nessus. I have pretty much tried every permutation of the pinging options. I'm thankfull for any input on this. /Bengt _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list Nessus@list.nessus.org http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus
