Then why don't you ask on the Gentoo forums?

FYI, the following packages work on my Gentoo machines:
NessusClient-3.0.1-suse10.2.i586
Nessus-3.1.9-suse10.0.i586

You'll have to install them with rpm --nodeps
and make you that you have openssl, qt, etc.
