Hi,
I've been trying to execute the Plugin :26928.
Script ID : 26928
Script Name : Weak Supported SSL Ciphers Suites
Script Version : $Revision: 1.2 $
Copyright : This script is Copyright (C) 2007 Tenable Network Security,
Inc.
Family : General
The execution terminates due to its dependencies on the following.
script_dependencies("ssl_supported_ciphers.nasl");
script_require_keys("Transport/SSL");
I had executed the .nasl file as below.
wcars99q-unit1(active):/opt/nessus/lib/nessus/plugins>
/opt/nessus/bin/nasl -t 47.135.181.225 -T-
/opt/nessus/lib/nessus/plugins/ssl_weak_supported_ciphers.nasl

(TRACE) call raw_string(192 , 25 )
(TRACE) ret -> ..
(TRACE) call get_kb_item(Transport/SSL )
(TRACE) ret ->
(TRACE) call exit(0 )
I checked in the page
http://blog.tenablesecurity.com/2007/06/using-the-nasl-.html that
editing of nessurc file needs to be done to create KB for .nasl file
with such dependencies to run.
I don't know the procedure to configure nessusrc file or to configure
the KB to do this. I'm using Nessus 3.0.6 for SunOS.
Can anyone provide the steps on what should be done to obtain the output
of ssl_weak_supported_ciphers.nasl?
Please help me out on this because I do not have any idea on how to do
it and am currently stranded. :-(
Thank you very much.
Regards,
Veena
