The ports are 21 and 80.

Also consider a different scenario. What if this plugin states that
the ports are in a closed state but actually they are fully available
and accessible. Does this imply that it might be a timing issue more
than anything else.

Perhaps the nessus community knows a method to pinpoint the
plugin or plugin set that is causing these services to stop running.
