I have a web server (apache) running on port 1025 and when I run nessus against it, the service is not detected at all. It recognized the port is open but no results is filed under that port.
Does the server use SSL / TLS? If so, make sure you've configured Nessus such that "Test SSL based services" is "All". If not, could you send me a packet capture showing network traffic to/from the service when you run a scan with plugin #11153 and its dependencies enabled?
