Nessus XML Output

Subject: Nessus XML Output
Date: Wed, 2 Jan 2008 11:14:41 -0800 (PST)
It appears that the XML structure of Nessus 3.0.4 for Linux is different then
Windows Nessus 3x. I've read that Nessus 3.2 will move to a new XML structure
with the addition of the .nessus report.

We use an in house application that imports the Linux XML reports. Our
application does not recognize the Window XML reports due to the structure
differences. We've held off on further development in anticipation of the
upcoming changes. How will the .nessus report be different from the current
Linux and Windows XML reports?
