We found same. Renaming bootstrap.nbin to .old worked for us. 
No impact on scanning found so far.

I still get a floating pt exception when running nessusd even with the
new bootstrap.nbin (md5 is "70...35c", and the plugin feed is tagged as
"200712121135").

This happens on both Centos 4.4 (RHEL 4) and Centos 5 (RHEL 5).

A workaround is to remove "bootstrap.nbin" from plugin directory.  I
don't know what side effect that change has.
