Reports will be stored in C:\Documents and
Settings\user\Tenable\Nessus\reports.
Vuln Data XML format can be found by looking into Report style files. These
will be generally located in C:\Program Files\Tenable\Nessus\report_styles.

You can embed this perl example module in your Java program. The Perl
module basically parses Vulnerability Data from XML.
