Basically, run nessus-update-plugins and the problem will get solved  
(you may want to try nessusd -R to flush the DB if needed).



currently upgrading from 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 and getting a lot of aix  
plugin errors

These are due because you are installing an older aix.inc alongside  
the newest aix plugins. Once again, simply doing a nessus-update- 
plugins will solve your problem.
