We had a bad plugin get through our QA processes (bootstrap.nbin)

A new bootstrap.nbin (which is fixed) is now present in the feed (its  
md5 is 70635c923a4333f827fa8fa2f054635c). It has been included in the  
plugin set #200712110547.
