| Subject: | FW: Configuring the Nessus XML report directory? |
|---|---|

All, We're running Nessus for Windows. By default, Nessus places report files in the C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Tenable\Nessus\reports folder. The variable <username> part of the default Nessus report location makes it impossible for us to configure ArcSight's Tenable Nessus for Windows XML File SmartConnector to reliably find report files in one single directory Is there a Nessus parameter file I can change to have all reports placed in one common directory, regardless of the current <username>? If ALL Nessus reports are placed in the same folder (i.e., the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Tenable\Nessus folder), I can then configure our ArcSight connector to always find new reports in the same place, no matter who generates the report. Help! Thank you Tim Hayes
