There seems to be plugin redundancy -- wondering if both are necessary.
 When doing credentialed scans --

Plugins 10915 and 10899 both list users that have never logged in.
Plugins 10916 and 10900 both list users with non-expiring PWs.

Is this just slight overlap in testing, or are they totally redundant so
that one might be removed?

They're slightly different -- 10915 / 10916 are for *local* users while
10899 / 10900 are for *domain* users.
