What I meant is that you must had downloaded the smbshell.nbin plugin  
at http://cgi.tenablesecurity.com/ tenable/smbshell.php manually.
This nbin file is a command line plugin and is not part of the plugin  
feed. And, to be sure, I checked that it was not present in the  
default install of 3.0.6 for Windows.

Now if you want to get rid of this warning message you just need to  
remove this file from your plugin directory.
