I'm not aware of any issues. Which version of Nessus are you using? And on which platform? Are there any interesting log entries on the Nessus server side? What about on a target, in the Event viewer, around the time the scan took place? Finally, if you're scanning multiple Windows hosts, are you having the same problem on each?
