Is there any way to find out which new plug-in from the August Microsoft
patches is dependent on SMB Login (PLugin ID 10394)?

That option will also launch a plugin if it's "required" by a plugin
that's checked, which sounds like the case.

I don't have that option checked, just the "Enable plugin dependencies"

The "Silent Dependencies" option will launch a plugin if it's needed by
another plugin you have enabled.  This may be why it's unchecked, but
still running.
