Yes, AFAIK. I think I asked this question a while back, the choice was made to remove it because it increased the code speed. I've taken to running my scans from a server on UPS via an ssh tunnelled VNC connection. On 8/14/07, Alexander Bondarenko <bond_a_v@inbox.ru> wrote:
Hello guys ! I'm new by Nessus and as i know there is no more such option as a "Detach scan" in Nessus 3.0. Does it mean that if i start the scan and after that lost connection to the nessus server (my client pc is rebooted, lost network connection etc. ) i have no chanses to get the scan results and should start a new scan ?
