Are any error messages being logged to nessusd.dump when you run these
scans?

Actually get some errors in the nessusd.dump but I can't understand
whether it is related nikto or not? I am also attach nessus.dump file.

You should consider upgrading to 3.0.6 as that may help with some of the
issues you're encountering.

One of the errors -- "internal_send->os_recv(4): Success" -- suggests
that you have a highly-loaded CPU when the scan is running.

Another -- "getpts(): Cannot parse '^M'" -- suggests that a supplied
port range included an invalid character.

I'm also curious to hear an answer to Michel's question, about whether
no404 was set.

as said before in my last mail:
how can I set no404 at the KB? If I can set no404, by choosing
no404check plugin , I did that.If other than choosing plugin can you
help me how can I set no404 at the KB

Michel and I are asking whether no404 is *set* in the KB, not whether
you've set it. no404 would indicate that the target web server doesn't
return a 404 response when requesting a non-existent file. If that's the
case, then Nessus doesn't bother running Nikto against a target.
