What I want to do is telling nessus that "this is a slackware, run
slackware local checks even if you can not detect any version etc
information".

The only way you can force/tell Nessus to run local security checks on
a Slackware system is by reinstating the file /etc/slackware-version.
Specifically it looks for the following information with in the file
"Slackware version number", which in your case would be
Slackware 10.0.
