The netstat scanner really ran on some windows machines on which Winsshd was installed ! By looking into the plugin code, I found that it depends on SSH and issues : ssh_cmd(socket:sock, cmd:"cmd /c netstat -an".....) The reason why it did not run on wintel is that I removed the SSH credential from my configuration. Sorry for the false alert.
