I send you nessusd.conf file.

Are any error messages being logged to nessusd.dump when you run these
scans?

Actually get some errors in the nessusd.dump but I can't understand whether
it is related nikto or not? I am also attach nessus.dump file.

Continuing to bring multiple clients into the picture only
makes things more confusing.

Ok from now on, I use only NessusClient for scan test.

Are web servers listening on the target(s) when you run these
scans but don't get any results?

I am select some local ip and also some web servers as a target.I get
always some result but sometimes get nikto result sometimes not.Only nikto
result is different.

I'm also curious to hear an answer to Michel's question, about whether
no404 was set.

as said before in my last mail:
how can I set no404 at the KB? If I can set no404, by choosing no404check
plugin , I did that.If other than choosing plugin can you help me how can I
set no404 at the KB

thank you for your attention

I send yo to nessj network logs which show all configuration details.

Actually, I was looking for a configuration file, not an NTP protocol
trace.

I use same input in my own C# cilent, I am also obtain nikto result

You're saying the ame client / target(s) / configuration sometimes give
you results and sometimes they don't, right? If so, focus on one
specific client, preferably either the NessusClient / nessus commandline
clients. Continuing to bring multiple clients into the picture only
makes things more confusing.
