Hi, I am wondering if anyone has seen issues where Solaris 8 Inetd crashes when scanned by nessus, using any of the available port scan types. I am seeing it, however I can't figure out which port is the one causing the issue. Most of the usual inetd services (telnet, ftp, etc) are not impacted when only those ports are scanned. Another question, how will disabling the port scan affect my results? I'm wondering if Nessus will just run slower, and still run all the checks. Thanks, Pete _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list Nessus@list.nessus.org http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus
