There may be a problem with the below plug-ins Plug in 25164 Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office Could Allow Remote Code Execution (934873) Plug in 20811 Software Enumeration (via SMB) I scanned a WIndows 2003 R2 x64 server with both Nessus 3.0.5 Build w313 running on Windows XP SP2 and Nessus 3.0.5 running on Linux. Both scan policies have Plug-ins 25164 and 20811 enabled. The Nessus scanner that ran from the XP workstation plug in 25164 reported that the server was missing patch ms07-025, and plug in 20811 reported that Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 [version 11.0.7969.0] was installed. The Nessus scanner that ran from Linux did not report anything associated with those two plug ins. I manually verified that Office was not installed on the server.
