| Subject: | Is that Acrobat 7.08 or 7.09? |

If I check properties of Acrobat.exe 7.09 Standard or Pro in Windows, I see version 7.08.218. But, the application reports itself as 7.09. Nessus sees the 7.08 and says that I should update to Reader 7.09 or 8.0. I'm not sure how to tell 7.08 from 7.09 other than by checking for the registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\7.0\Installer\Updates\709 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\7.0\Installer\Updates\709 The fact that it says "Reader" rather than "Standard" or "Pro" isn't really a problem, but getting the version number wrong is. _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list Nessus@list.nessus.org http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus
