I've attached a audit file that checks for file perms as outlined in APPENDIX A. REQUIRED FILE PERMISSIONS, WINDOWS 2003/XP/2000 ADDENDUM Version 5, Release 1, developed by disa for dod. I don't know if there is one already, but I figured since I have one I'll share. I would like add a disc down the road, I've tested it and it seams to work, I look forward to any feedback.
