documentation on the web site, but nada...
(By the way, the Syngress book managed to introduce a couple annoying typos to Michel's document... for example, it drops the ~ from =~ and !~. It takes real talent to create typos during cut-and-paste operations ; )
Or perhaps their typesetting software just had trouble with the operators...
