What can I do with the XML formated reports?
Can I use a program to parse them in to custom reports?
Is there a better way to make custom reports? mysql?
Depending on your scripting-foo the NBE format may be easier to manipulate into a custom report. For example: grep 12346 OldReport.nbe > NewReport.nbe nessus -i NewReport.nbe -o NewReport.html
