It seems like you have copied over your old nessusd.conf file but did not change the plugin_dir to /opt/nessus/lib/nessus/plugins/ (or that you copied your Nessus 2.x plugins to the Nessus 3.x directory).
You need to either point to the right directory or delete these two plugins (if they are the only two giving you trouble), as these have been deprecated a very long time ago.
