This is very likely to be the cause of your problem. Thorough tests activate many more probes on unknown ports and some of them will crash buggy services (this may indicate an exploitable flaw, further investigation would be required here). The solution is to either disable thorough tests or to communicate with Citrix to force them to correct the problem.
