Ron,

Thank you for your reply, but maybe I should've mentioned that I was 
specifically looking for v2.x version binaries for Windows.  I can not use the 
v3 binaries, and yes I realize they're better/faster/etc.  I have to have the 
v2.x binaries for Windows.  I just can't believe that no one here on this list 
has them already compiled.  So once again, if anyone has them, won't you please 
share?!
