Set this to yes, otherwise you will not be able to resume a scan if it gets stopped in the middle.

Also, what is a good number to put here?

kb_max_age = 864000

Depends on you, but if you want to replay a scan that was stopped in the middle make sure that the plugin results saved in the kb are less then the number set here.
