I am using a NessusWX client and the Nessus 3.0.2 server.
This is an issue with the NessusWX client -- apparently, two of your reports were larger than ~130,000 characters, which is what the client uses for a buffer when reading lines from the server. As a work-around, you might consider reducing the report verbosity option (not guaranteed to work) or switching to a different client (eg, NessusClient under X-Windows).
