If you're using Nessus 3.x, you can specify a KB when calling nasl from the commandline; eg, nasl -k /opt/nessus/var/nessus/users/$user/kbs/$target \ -t $target \ $plugin As long as that has your credentials (say, from a previous scan), you should be good to go.
