How did you do the install? Did you make sure that the directory used
for the Nessus libraries is installed in /etc/ld*.so.conf and that
ldconfig has been run?

but after
making a symbolic link this was fixed.
the main problem is the file libnsl.so.1 which don`t work with any
option and quick hack I tried.

The same behaviour also with Nessus-3.0.3.

Is this on a separate machine? Or did you at least remove all traces of
2.2.8 before you installed 3.0.3?
