Which specific errors are you getting ? [Avoid doing '--force'  
whenever dealing with RPMs as it's a good way to screw your system].


Are there fc5 issues ?

Not as far as we know.

I too had problems when I installed Nessus 3 over top of a um 2.8
install.  In the end I uninstalled the older version and then had to
manually go through my system and remove all nessus files. Then I did a
reinstall and have had no problems.
