Is there a way to force the plugin to check the vuln anyway.

Edit the plugin and remove the two lines :


os = get_kb_item ("Host/OS/smb") ; if ("Windows" >!< os) exit(0);


Or you can load a previously saved kb by doing :

nasl -k /opt/nessus/var/nessus/users/<you>/kbs/IP/OF/TARGET/ IP.OF.TARGET -t ip.of.target smb_kb917159.nasl
