On a related note....has anyone experienced any issues when scanning a
document management app called Hummingbird?

Specifically, Hummingbird DM 5.1.0.5 SR5 MR3 ?

With Nessus 3.x, you will find it in either /opt/nessus/var/nessus/logs
(Linux / Solaris), /usr/local/nessus/var/nessus/logs (FreeBSD), or
/Library/Nessus/run/var/nessus/logs (Mac OS X); not sure about Windows.
