SCANNING JOB WAS OUT OF PORT RANGE..!

hie list..!

As we all know, a user can set the port range in the
Nessus Setup GUI which would like nessus to do the
scanning job on the particular port..!

eg. in Nessus Setup GUI, Scan Options > Port Range
(23,25)

i have set the port range as 23,25..!then i Start the
scan..!

the nessus report was generated successfully....but
the result scanned was OUT OF THE PORT RANGE...!

it shown...port ntp(123/udp),netbios-ssn(139/tcp),
netbios-sn(137/tcp), microsoft-ds(445/tcp),
iad(1031/udp),general/tcp, epmap(135/udp),
epmap(135/udp),, commplex-main(5000/tcp),
blackjack(1025/tcp)

where is port 23 and port 25??


by the way, i have tested by using nmap from the
terminal...

> [root@localhost lee]# nmap -p23,25 192.168.x.y

#can anyone explain to me what was happening...?result
from nessus and result from nmap is totally different?
