can anybody tell me how to run this 2 files..?i know

command line to run the file?

[root@localhost lee]# ls /usr/local/var/nessus/logs
nessusd.dump nessusd.messages
[root@localhost lee]# ./nessusd.dump

These are log files -- you browse them or search them rather than try to run them directly.

anybody can tell me..what is nessusd.dump and
nessusd.messages??

Typically, nessusd.messages will record when a user logs in and launches a scan as well as how a scan progresses; nessusd.dump will hold debugging and error output from the various plugins as they are run.

another question, each time nessus finished the
scanning jobs, user or admin itself wil determined the
directory on where to saved the reports...rite??

The person running a particular client decides where reports are saved.

isn't possible to direct the report automatically by
nessus itself after it finished scanning.

No.
