what you want to parse. If I remember correctly I use the nbe. As to the padlock, most probably the file is owned by root and you are not running as root. Either change the ownership of the file, e.g., sudo chown
<your userid> <path and file to be chowned>, or change the permissions
to allow others to read them, e.g., sudo chmod a+r <path and file to be
