How can I set nessus to use certain plugins & ports for certain scans
and other plugins/ports for another scan.
port_range = default # is this 1-65535?
According to Edgeos' Nessus Knowledge Base, it means TCP ports 1-15000:

Is there a way I can get Nessus to output the results as nbe and as html or do I have to run nessus -i file.nbe -o file.html after my scan?
The clients only output to one format at a time.
