This one was in the wrong family and I fixed that.

This is what we call a local check. It does not mean the flaw is local,
it means you need credentials to check if the patch is installed (file
version check or registry check).

If you only want to test local flaws (elevation of privileges, ...), you
have to select each plugin manually. But it is the same thing for unix
checks.
