inconsistent results

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this or if this is some strange configuration on my part. In an attempt to scan some standard unix / linux systems websites I don't seem to be getting any SSL / Cipher info back in the scan results with all plugins enabled. By disabling all plugins and only selecting that particular plugin (21643), the results come back fine. Back to performing a full plugin set without changing any additional options, no SSL info shows up. Not even a general ssl section in the report.

I tested this on 3 different scanners on a laptop and couple of desktops as well as tested different target servers. Each had the exact same results. Nessus is V 2.2.4
