Hydra plugin doesn't show up in Mac OS X

Subject: Hydra plugin doesn't show up in Mac OS X

I am running Nessus 3.0.3 build 2S110 and client build 2G120 on a Mac running 10.4.7.

Hydra 5.3 is installed (manually via DarwinPorts) and is available at the command line, but I don't see it anywhere in the listing of plugins.

First, in which section should it be listed? I searched for "hydra" and for "brute" in the plugin list, but it's not showing up.

Second, I wanted to see what nessusd is doing, but I don't see the nessusd log file anywhere and it doesn't appear to be logging anything to system.log, either. Other than that, nessus is running fine.
